Dealers have the opportunity to participate in these campaigns together with Vorssa Ink.

How can this be done?
During the promotion period, the retailer has the opportunity to sell Vorssa Ink products at the same promotional price as in the online shop during that period!

What does this mean for the retailer?
The dealer will be credited the difference between the normal price and the discount price as a value available on the dealer's website for the next order.

Example please!

  1. During the Singles Day campaign on 11.11., retailer X is selling 15 products of Vorssa Ink and the total discount value of these products from the normal price is 120e.
  2. After the promotion, you will receive an automatic email containing a link to submit a report.
  3. The merchant uploads the sales report from the payment terminal/cash register during the collection period in pdf/cvs/excel format to the service.
  4. Vorssa Ink checks the sales report.
  5. After the sales report has been checked, you will be notified by email of the result of the check (e.g. the retailer has offered a discount of 120e incl. VAT 25,5% to customers during the promotion period).
  6. If necessary, we will ask for additional information to check the sales report.
  7. Once you have accepted the calculation decision that you have received in your email, we will credit the value in euros of the calculation to your retailer account under the "store credit" function. This function is effectively the equivalent of a gift card for a B2B customer. The Store Credit value is freely available for the retailer's next replenishment order, minus the value of the total amount.
  8. If a retailer orders a replenishment order with a value of e.g. 1000 € VAT 0%, which has a taxable value of 1255 €, the retailer can use the Store Credit value of e.g. 120 € for the order.
  9. What remains to be paid for the subscription is:

Value added tax value of the order 1255 €

- 120 € Store Credit value

= 1135 € VAT 25,5%

= 904,38 € VAT 0%
