If you use predictive text input in your browser, please be careful not to enter your company in the PERSONAL ID field. Unfortunately, we often come across orders with a personal ID entered in the company field. This information will appear on the shipping label.
We do not need your ID number. So please do not add it to your customer information.
We will also ask for your name and address so that the carrier you choose can deliver your parcel to the right place.
Payment methods: which payment methods do you accept?

Message to subscription field: what do I write here?
Normally this can be left blank. However, if you have been contacted by e-mail and have been asked to add details in the message field. Please be so kind as to copy it here so that we can link your order and your email.
In the order confirmation message, this message will disappear from you. Don't panic, we will see it in your order. It's just that IT is such a skill that even professionals couldn't put it in the confirmation message.
You can also add a congratulatory message if your order is delivered directly to the recipient. We will include this information in the package. Please note, however, that we will not make this a card, but a paper message.
Can I order a parcel for a friend?
This is possible! By changing the delivery address, you can have the parcel sent directly to your friend's address. In this case, please remember to give your friend the tracking code so that they don't miss the parcel.
Delivery times and parcel prices
We post your parcels on weekdays, we process orders on the next working day after the order date. Please note that orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. Products delivered from stock usually take 1-5 working days to be manufactured/processed. After that, the delivery service will take its own time to deliver the package. How does the pick-up option work?
Our pick-upoption is free of charge. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a separate email with a completed pick-up. Please do not come to pick up your order with an order confirmation message. Please contact us by email when you would like to come and collect your order and we will arrange a time. Our shop is open by appointment and we do not have fixed opening hours.

Returns policy: How can I return a product?

How do I choose a clip-on earring?
Earrings with a ball or heart where the clips can be glued are available with clip-on fastening. You can add the clips to your order here

How do I choose the colours of the buttons?
- First, select the shape of the first pair by clicking on the shape.
- Then select a colour for this shape by clicking on the colour.
- Now the first pair of earrings has been selected
